Alastor is on a deal with eve she tricked him into making the deal and now she controls him and he is saving the favor he got from charlie on when charlie gets powerful enough she is gonna use her power activate the favor and make her free him from his chains because i speculate charlie's powers are stronger than lucifer's power if she masters it but that's just a small theory of mine
