44:01 strength is due to alignment, not muscle mass. Muscle mass is for weight load. Most people know nothing about strength from what I've heard around me.
22:48 maybe one day we'll see entirely vegan strongman competitions. Those will be massive. They'll need people to hold up 16 pillars in each hand for 5 minutes and then imagine one of them swings that? We'd need the audience to have a 1 mile clearance from there. That's strength!
Bradie is on his way to nationals. I can't wait to see how that goes down. Along with him pulling an air plane for stop soldier suicide. Great athlete and an awesome interview

I'm no scientist but rather than try engineering new nature, I think it's best to just go back to nature in its original form 🍄🧅
I'm with you in regard to food synergy and not being a reductionist. But at the same time we may as well make the most of our potential to live the healthiest, longest, and most sustainable ways possible. And we may also be able to undo some of the damage we've done in the process.
At least he's a natural Strongman and Powerlifter lol
