నేను ఒక విచిత్రమైన direct court case face చేస్తున్నాను... అసలు నాకు account లేని bank లో check ఉన్నట్లు create చేసి , దానికి ఒక promisary note కూడా create చేసి , నా sign forgery చేసి court నుండి నోటీసు వచ్చింది... నాకే చాలా అశ్చర్యం గా ఉంది.... Sir... ఎలా దీన్ని face చెయ్యాలి? అసలు నాకు ఆ bank లో account లేనే లేదు

In tamilnad merchitile bank i took 20lakhs secure loan but recently i got npa .The bank saying to pay complete loan and they sent me 60 days demand loan and the bank saying to pay complete loan when i am asking to pay in interest they are not accepting . This is N.Roopkumar from Hyderabad,
we need legal assistance.
In our colony one person relative to our neighbor operating
unregistered chit my sister applied for 5 lac - chit 2 years , she successfully paid the all chit installment most of the payment made on line mode, on completion of chit period chit operator failed to pay the chit amount since nov'22 till date, keep on telling the stories , we told him to pay online gave our account ifsc bank details , after making several calls fellow gave cheque in feb'23 without date done time pass for 3 months when we asked to mention the date fellow finally mentioned date on cheque 30.5.2023 , we inquired in the bank on that date bankers informed no sufficient balance in his bank ac , when we asked him again telling the stories , please provide the appropriate legal assistance , how to proceed take action on him.

Bankers will give you a memo for check bounce (no sufficient funds,stop payment,ac closed ,sign not matched) with that you have to send a legal notice from an advocate,then the court proceedings starts , may run up to two years
