Not with a normal car, but an SUV. From there to Skolio is not far, an hour the most.

Is the road to christakis accessible and open to any car? Can a Dacia Logan 4x2 climb till there?

It's a really tough road. You can't even say it a road. Not to any car. If your car is SUV you should be ok, but still be extremely careful.
