The question asking how you feel about your girls getting older was me. I feel the same way about my kids getting older. They are just a little older than Gracelyn (8 and 9) and I feel like we are in the funnest part of their childhood. They’re genuinely enjoying experiences now. It’s so fun and fulfilling to witness them find themselves.

I got my tubes removed back in 2020 and it was a pretty simple procedure and the recovery wasn’t bad for me. I had little to no pain. So fingers crossed it’s a simple and speedy recovery for you. 😊

Hello! I've had 4 pregnancies, my 3rd pregnancy I lost my son at 24 weeks and I was shocked and completely devastated especially after 2 former healthy pregnancies. Almost immediately after I thought that was it because I was simply scared of getting pregnant again and losing the baby but I always knew I wanted 3 kids. I had an amazing doctor at the time and I followed all of her recommendations before making a decisions and I'm so glad I did because 1 year later I got pregnant and had a healthy baby girl (my 1st girl) but I knew that was it. All that to say I got my tubes tied and so far so good, that was 5 years ago. I have had 0 complications and my recovery was very smooth.

I had my tubes tied years ago and never regretted it, no side affects and no issues. In August of 2023 I had a full hysterectomy, I had to have it due to fibroids and lots of heavy bleeding. Feel so much better now but I am also 53 yrs old. Lol Good luck and hopefully you will have the surgery and heal quickly. ❤

Olivia , I’ve watched u since Gigi was a baby. I totally agree with what others have said in the comments - you are and have always stayed relatable all through the years and it’s really refreshing. Social media is way too superficial and so often projects images and a picture of peoples lives that are not at all accurate. I can’t at all relate to that nor do I find it interesting. Stay true to who you are and the content you provide - u should be proud of yourself for not buying into the phoniness of social media and should feel good to know you’re followers follow you for you and not the image u try to portray ! ❤.

Omg I’m writing so many comments. I’m so sorry but I wanted to say that my phone notes are where I put my thoughts, lists, ideas and budgets, too! 😂 I have a list of meals and every week I’ll look at them and choose 7 and then open another note and write the dinners then I’ll open another note and make a shopping list for the dinners. I even have a note pinned on top for holiday traditions so I don’t forget the next year just to keep the magic alive for my kids 🤣🤣

I didn't know you have fibro! I've had chronic pain since my early teens, but because I have a nerve injury from birth, it was just brushed off as that. I have a walker and I'm on notriptyline (a tricyclic antidepressant) and lyrica (pregabalin) for my fibro. I'm in Canada where pot is legal for recreational use. I haven't found any that helps yet, but I'm glad to have that option legally!

I’ve been with my high school sweetheart for 18 years and we’ve been engaged for over a year. 💍 We also were teen parents and we were very focused on raising our family so a wedding was never a priority. People think we’re crazy and keep bugging us about when we’re going to get married but if I’m being honest, I don’t even want to have a wedding. I just cannot justify spending so much money on ONE day. Also, I’m a VERY ANXIOUS person and I get overwhelmed very easily so just the thought of wedding planning stresses me out 😂 ALSO, talking about being anxious, I think it’s embarrassing standing in front of people expressing your love to your partner. I know a lot of people will think I’m weird but I’d much rather save that money we would spend on a wedding and go on a vacation just the two of us. 🥰

I recommend American eagle’s high rise curvy jeggings, where they are slightly smaller in the waist, but give more room in the thighs. American eagle also has long sizes as well. I also recommend dicks sporting goods leggings, as they are soft, but give a good fit for leggings. I would say that they are a combination of lululemon and aerie leggings by the way they fit and feel. I hope this helps!

Olivia, I have to say thank you for always staying so real and down to earth! I absolutely agree on so much of what you said! I have commented on this before but I am so, so, so glad you have the insight, maturity and responsibility as a parent to put your children’s safety and privacy as your priority. That is of course what we as parents should do, but unfortunately there are way to many parents online that refuse to acknowledge that and so exploiting their kids online for views and money is what they choose. It’s very sad and so dangerous! I have so much respect and admiration for you and this choice you’ve made! I’m also glad you brought up the topic of parasocial relationships because that is one thing I have noticed for so long and it’s scary IMO. I’ve noticed how a lot of viewers become WAY too familiar with people they watch online and seem to know every detail there is to know about them, their kids, their schedules, and so many other details that really should just not be out as info on the internet. I also think in many ways it’s damaging for a developing child’s mental and emotional well being to be showcased in such a way for everyone to see. That brings me to how then many viewers feel they have the right to judge and comment on anything and everything including being critical of children. Sometimes downright offensive. It’s such an intrusive thing and it just baffles me when I see the amount of rude and entitled comments. Just because someone chooses to share some stuff online, it does not entitle the viewer to every last detail and info of that person’s life and much less that of their underage kids!! It has the potential to become a very voyeuristic situation and that is just a huge NOPE!

I’m so glad you talked about the gummies because lately I have been taking so much ibuprofen and acetaminophen for my pain and I cringe every time I need to because it has increased in recent months. I definitely want to give the gummies a try! It would be amazing if they helped me like they’re done you. I’m also an over thinker with a lot of anxiety and prone to depression. I have had insomnia issues for a long time. Falling asleep and staying asleep have been quite a struggle. I also get overwhelmed and overstimulated and that adds to the already existing exhaustion. Def give them a try if you can, I recommend cutting the 50mg gummies into 4 and trying a small amount first like 1 section of the cut up gummy if you’ve never taken them before. That’s what I did and slowly worked my way to the full 50mg through a few months. Let me know how it goes for you 😊
Oh! I forgot to mention. I really appreciate your opinion on consumerism and keeping it simple! It’s gotten crazy with all these influencers!!! That whole “keeping up with the Joneses”/“the grass is always greener on the other side” mentality is so toxic and I feel that’s what so many of these influencers promote and the FOMO is huge for many. But in the end, none of those things make up truly happy. It’s all so superficial and fleeting. All it does is keeps us broke and still feeling empty. So again, thank you for being so genuine!
I would say, don’t do TikTok. Especially if it’s something that’s gonna give you stress and anxiety and take more time from you and your family. Honestly l, I’m not really a TikTok fan and I hate how gimmicky it all is. Perhaps if you wanna post shorts and it’s not extra added stress and it works for you then go for it, but otherwise don’t. I don’t think it’s worth it in the case of stressing you and feeling overwhelmed by it. I see so many family vloggers do those gimmicky and annoying TikToks and I just have to roll my eyes at it all. I feel you! I’m 26 and pregnant with my 3rd and we KNOW this is our last. I have always had a hard time with pregnancy and this one’s kicking my ass. I get bad 24/7 nausea & vomiting that puts me in the ER. I’m so excited for this to be over but I’m only 9 weeks 6 days so got along ways to go. It’s been hard mentally and physically 🥴 My husbands getting a vasectomy and gonna schedule it the day I deliver our baby 😅 Another reason we are done along with keeping my health in mind is because we have always wanted to be able to financially support our children from babyhood to early adulthood and 3 sounds like plenty 😂 I’m thinking ahead when our daughters are older and need cars, college, or even if they decide to start a business we want to support them as much as we can in the beginning! I don’t think a lot of people think of the later stages. It is hard transitioning from minor to adulthood! So much to learn that we had to figure out on our own (especially as young parents) and we don’t wish that on our kids!

I am glad you made the point of a vasectomy being Patrick’s choice. Me and my husband also had this discussion and he was totally against getting a vasectomy, which I was absolutely ok with, like you said his body his choice. So I got my tubes tied. But some women totally go off on the whole tangent “I birthed the babies, he can get a vasectomy”, I also heard a lot of “why wouldn’t you make him get a vasectomy, it’s easier recovery for him”….girl bye. His body, his choice. We also have three (two are his from a previous marriage) and I knew without a shadow of doubt we were done.

i may have lupus, fibromyalgia, arthritis or a mixture of all, i am in the process of getting my official diagnosis. i have a lot of blood work that’s been showing weird abnormal results. i have high inflammation, and THC has helped me so much so im so glad you found something that helps you. lord knows life is hard as it is, but this kinda pain makes life almost impossible.

Hi Olivia! I don’t know if you’ll see this before you’ve had your appointment/made a decision but my mom recently had to have her ovaries removed due to a gene mutation increasing her risk of ovarian cancer. The oncologist who removed her ovaries told her that research and studies are showing that most ovarian cancers are starting in the fallopian tubes and highly recommends if you’re thinking to have your tubes tied to just have them removed to lower your ovarian cancer risk!

Fibromyalgia is rough. I thought I had it but it was breast implant illness - so many years of pain and horrible side effects. Thankfully my issues resolved when I had implants out but I empathize fully with the symptoms you must have. Also, I am also unable to take SSRIs anymore. Like I have major serotonin syndrome if I take those. I don’t blame you for avoiding them.
THC has also helped me a ton, too, for various things. I have to be careful how much I use it though, or I start to get brain fog.
Also, I think it is great you don’t show your kids anymore. Kids deserve privacy and shouldn’t have a digital footprint before they are even 18. Good for you for choosing that.
Also, I think you are so level headed! I love that you also realize how dumb it is for people to quit their jobs, especially the husbands, for social media. Like there always needs to be one source of regular income. Y’all are smart!!

Got my tubes tied 2 years ago never regret it. We agreed to 3 and thats it. It was a same day procedure. Healing wasnt long from what i remember.

I had really bad abdominal pain before my son I starting to think its endometriosis because it didn't affect my b movements like ibs does but they diagnosed me ibs it was gone during my pregnancy and recently started bothering me I take a symbiotic and the slow magnesium and peppermint when I I got to bed and it helps alot I have insomnia I wake up at 4am every morning and 2 or 3 times sometimes through the night my mind races all day
I had c section with my 8 year old. At that time I got my tubes burned. My Dr said burning was more secure than just tying them. Also it helps prevent ovarian cancer. I did have hot flashes for a bit. But have not gotten pregnant or even a scare

I was planning on having them done when my older son was 1 but found out I was pregnant with my youngest son and after he was born I got my tubes tied as soon as possible and I'm super happy with my decision

Also, my husband and I have 3 kids, ages almost 14, almost 9 and 2.5. My husband got a vasectomy after our third. I feel the same as you where I KNOW I'm done and just completely content with my 3 kids and never want to go through it all again 😅lol

That’s exactly how I was while I was raising my kids. I drove a minivan and did not care for close to 20 years I drove minivans. Now that I don’t have children to fill up a minivan, I went and bought a vehicle or vehicle that I actually wanted. I am driving a Range Rover currently. However now I got two grandkids so we are looking for a Volvo XC 90 which is a seven passenger SUV. I don’t want another minivan but while having children there was absolutely nothing better or more comfortable and I did try the Tahoe thing once And it was climbing up and down into that car to get the kids in and out. It had no room to like lay a kid down and change its diaper. I couldn’t get out of the driver seat and move around freely in the backseat so many reasons. but if you have more than two children, there is absolutely nothing better than a minivan, and they are the most comfortable thing to drive. What makes me laugh is when people say they buy these Tahoe and suburbans because they want to be the cool mom or the cool parent I’m sorry babe but no parents are cool. Once your kids get into a certain age it doesn’t matter what you drive what you drive has nothing to do with it in fact, but driving that $100,000 SUV will not get you props from your children that’s so stupid.

My oldest son is like a month younger that Hazel and my youngest is like 4 days younger than Isla and I got my tubes tied after my second pregnancy the only thing that changed for me was my period did become heavier but that may be because I got diagnosed with Adenomyosis but other than that I have no side affects from getting my tubes tied as far as pain goes with procedure I can’t really tell you how it feels after having kids because I got mine done during my c section and it definitely was painful
I had my daughter on September 10 2019 around 8am and that night around 8pm I had my tubes tied. It was not painful at all. They went in my belly button. Yes I have a scar in my button now but it's OK. Getting my tubes tied was the best decision I have ever made. I have my two kids ( I only wanted three kids and I was pregnant three times, we miscarriage the first.) So we have a angel baby and I count it. I also wanted all my kids before 30 and I did that.

I’ve got my tubes tied and the after surgery hurts like a b*** yes I did it right after I gave birth like a day after but it hurt for me second every since I got my tied at least for me I’ve been having non stop issues with it like abdominal pain and other things got tested for everything and obgyn even says it’s my tubes
