I beat the game you can merge both clans once you do all myriad quests and ally with the jagni sifu and once you beat the game you can rechose the sifus but you get both weapons

No I don’t think so because you choose the path of evil with jagni while myriad is the opposite

Hey I joined the jagni but I still got the quest to kill the jumbo puff, am I just supposed to ignore this quest line since they want me to help the worldeaters ?

I haven't tested it myself, but my assumption is even though you join the Jagni you can still do whatever you want. This game seems to focus on the freedom that you have, so you can help the Jagni and still do the opposite of what they want at the same time.
I don't know if it would make them mad at you, I haven't had time to test that yet.

I am doing Jagni right now and when you go to "kill" the worldeaters it helps them move up along the root
