Beautiful Point Clear and Brightlingsea, in Essex...🥰
I have so many memories of these two wonderful places, either side of a river running out to the sea.
This video shows how the Essex coastline is so unique and beautiful.
Many sand bars, islands, marshes, etc
Wonderful boating country, and there is always some new little historic hidden riverside village or settlement, around the next corner, to explore and experience ❤️🥰

My great uncle lived in Brightlingsea and ran a post office which had 'Thorrington' ( or something similar ) on the sign.
Not sure if that is near Brightlingsea.
