I have watched so many of these interviews, and this woman is the most riveting. Not only did she have an inborn intuitive survival sense, she also seems to have miraculously retained an almost child-like way of delivering this story that makes it all the more heartbreaking.

You are absolutely accurate in your assessment of her testimony. She is a beautiful soul, and it is shameful that any human being had to put up with the atrocities that she experienced and witnessed. God bless her.

Yes, she is truly magnificent, God bless her - her testimony must bless everyone who hears it, thank you Lord for protecting this little girl when she cried to you for help (Psalms 30 & 31) you answered her straight away with "Run!"

When your interviewing the holocaust victims, you shouldn't just say,...."Were going t change the tape now". It sounds terrible, and I can see it in there eyes, the shock of the abrupt manner, when thy are talking to you, opening themselves up. Its careless, and I mention it because I hope someday someone reads it, and changes how they talk to victims like this. Try something like,..."Im sorry I have to break in at this time, but we need to change out tape, so we can continue the testimony." Nothing bugs me about these witnesses, as I see it does you Beatrix, other than that you even make such statements, admit the world committed an atrocity and stop looking for any kind of excuse in doing so. If your german, accept your people, did this. If you are Polish accept it. Only in admitting what was done wrong, can we learn from the past and hope for a better future. The constant dance between jew and Gentile is the very thing God hates.
Love they neighbor as thyself. KISS Method. keep it simple stupid.

they have to be objective towards the Survivors, as there can be no bias, so that we that watch these interviews - know there was no 'interferrance' - etc, no bias - just the Survivor's story

This was wonderful...she has a wounded heart so sad...Only one thing...I never went through what this lady suffered...BUT..I was from a home..where my parents were good caregiver....my mother didn't know how to be compassionate when I was hurt..physically or emotionally..she had no clue...I as a mother remembered what I didn't get from my parents that I longed for...I knew my children needed what I didn't get...They were my treasures in this Life...My parents had 5 children...they were not their treatures in this life..

My eyes teared when she spoke of her grandmother "not making it." I never had grandparents I knew because of my parent's divorce and our broken-apart family. I can only imagine her feelings and desperation and it does not feel good in the slightest to see and hear her speak about the hurt she unjustly experienced. Such a brave little girl and a wonderful woman who relives her past so we can understand the reality of the Holocaust on the Jewish people.

For those complaining about this interviewer must not have heard many of these, because this interviewer is actually really good. Her interruptions are valid. I've heard at least 70 of these. There are really bad interviewers, not this one. Also, no disrespect, but this survivor's voice is really hard to listen to.

I don't get how the Jewish woman in semi-hiding who refused to allow her into her home was understandable but the Polish woman who gave her a cross, tried to give her a Catholic name and baptism certificate to help her if she was caught somehow had a bad ulterior motive.
Also a little puzzled on her rejection of a sprinkle of holy water. When Catholic friends come to my home, they respect us and follow our customs. We do the same for them.

She was a traumatized child without family or home living in a war zone with bombing and killing around here....Under fed and little sleep on the run for her life learning her grandmother and sister as a 9yo child were gunned down. I dont think you can compare your reasoning and life as a child to her and what she was thinking. Her state was just fear.

Jozie Molody you try being hunted due to sicko ideologies and see how suspicious and paranoid you’d be and let’s see how your decision making skills and perception skills hold up. Maybe shut up and stop passing judgment when you have no idea how this would be.

Ezekiel 22:4 "Oholah was the name of the elder and Oholibah the name of her sister. They became mine, and they bore sons and daughters. As for their names, Oholah is Samaria, and Oholibah is Jerusalem."
Samaria and Jerusalem are the harlots Ezekiel is talking about in such colorful way:
    Aryan Asylum
Consider this inflammatory passage from the Hebrew English Bible, enough to bring a blush to any maidenly cheek: There she lusted after her lovers whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses. So you longed for the lewdness of your youth when in Egypt your bosom was caressed and your young breasts fondled. (Ezekiel 23: 20-21).
