- Hello lovelies! Thank you so much for your love, kind messages and questions these last few weeks. Today’s video is my second ever q & a on this channel in French/English where I get into detail about spirituality, getting into art school, the realities of living in Paris and why I seem more French than American sometimes ;) I also got to give you guys some advice on how to be confident and brave in not caring about what people think of how you dress, etc which gave 16 year old me so much life!!! Quite a few of the questions I received were about being an art student/studying in France/language related so I tried to answer as much as possible, but I am truly, really sorry if I didn’t include your question! "I feel like it doesn't cost a lot of money to feel like you're rich here" ❤️ yessssss this is the feeling I miss from my time living abroad - It's so refreshing to feel as though your life is rich without you having to spend much/any money. Finding quality of life in everyday experiences instead of materialistic items is something I seem to have to explain on the daily back here in North America about why it was worth it to pay those "expensive" living prices in Europe (when, like you said about car insurance, the price kind of balances out in a lot of ways in the end anyway). I'm so glad I discovered your channel recently because I love your energy and your passion for your art! Keep up the amazing work ☺️

I love what you said about picking things that matter more as opposed to just not caring what people think. I think a lot of people don't realize that telling someone to just stop doing something is never the answer, you have to give them something else to focus their time/energy/attention on!

i talked to several therapists about how the language we speak in changes our pèrsonality a little bit. Basically we have so many behaviours that are attached to language and how we speak to ourselves that it makes sense that we "swith" personalities depending on the language we are speaking. For example Im very shy when I have to talk to waiters, shop assistants etc BUT when Im in an English speaking country I can talk to them without a problem and Im not even that nervous about it... It is super interesting!
Once I saw you shopping at thrift stores, I was intrigued. I love how you are so brave and comfortable with yourself to be yourself. 💖

it’s interesting what you said about the difference in the way you express depending on the language you’re using! i think people are usually less “pudique” in a language that isn’t their native language... at least according to my experience :) it really is an interesting subject, i feel like someone’s personality can really vary from a language to another??
