The first 2:30 of the piece of really one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever heard
After "Call Me by Your Name", I love this even more ;)
wait does this piece have something to do with call me by your name??
@@aIewishus it’s in the opening credits of the movie, so it’s everyone’s first impression with of the film.
I saw this performed live in Vancouver, BC last week and was impressed by the uniqueness and intensity of the beat. Cordialements to you, John Adams and anybody who attempts to play it!! Thank you!
Courte vidéo extrêmement intéressante... Merci beaucoup ! ; )
2nd movement, makes me feel deeply nostalgic but I love it! I love how it make me feel! (I’m not depress) a master peace
Brilliant ,,,,,
Amazing work!
Fascinating piece. However, the word sounds just like it's pronounced: הללויה, read right to left. Hallel=praise, U=to, Yah=God.
"the word sounds just like it's pronounced"you don't say
@@peterg5383 Its a response to Adams' remark at 2:00 that the Hebrew roots of the word are probably pronounced very different to ours.
@@jlapierremusic: the point is that the statement is a tautology. it literally means "the word sounds just like it sounds."
😊
Onomatopoeia(Pronounced "AH-nuh-MA-tuh-PEE-uh")
You won't like my comment if it refers to your nonexistent Concerto for Bass Drum, so I won't. You're probably too old.
