Thanks for exercising with me on my birthday today. After spending the day alone in China, halfway across the world from my family. It meant a lot to exercise with one of my fitness idols. It really kept me together today instead of sinking into depression. Ive been doing it nearly every day for the last month or so with another one of your 7 mins ab exercise routines, the one with starfish crunch where you had to do it twice because Jesse messed up with the camera. Im glad to do it every day because you suffer with me through it.😂😁
@@eyywannn8601 They going good, I have been doing this nearly every day for the last month or so, but I actually enjoy it. It is 2:00am and I am about to do a set of these because I owe it to myself for skipping a day or two due to sadness, turtle did a runner somewhere. I came from a few Chris Heria videos, but he is more HITT and Cardio too. In regards to Athlean X's, with this one I feel it purely on abs most of the time, with some lower back elements I like. I do this one first, ua-cam.com/video/DHD1-2P94DI/v-deo.html&ab_channel=ATHLEAN-X%E2%84%A2 then I come here after a break. So I always try to do both, with time between unless I'm in a rush.
Bro, this ab workout hurts like a truck. Its like doing leg day for the first time💀. But on a serious note, this 10m ab workout is by far the best one that I've seen. My abdominal muscles were also sore for about 5 days when I did this haha.
soreness for 5 days means that you rested for those 5 days. I did a chest exercise from this dude and rested the whole week, and i had soreness for the longgest time. As soon as I started this routine, I put the commitment of doing it daily, no rest. funnily enough, had way less muscle soreness compared to last time. resting is necessary but if you rest too much, your body will make you feel it
I’ve been doing this 6 days a week for a month now and its helped me gain core strength that I didn’t have when I first started. I used to struggle with the corpse crunches and the frog v ups, but now I’m able to do them. I’ve been on a calorie deficit and I’m starting to see the two pack forming along with the obliques. Remember, your diet is essential to truly see results. Update July 16th: still doing this 6 days a week and my obliques are fully transparent now. I’ve lost 20 lbs and you’re able to see the the top two, but still have to lose some fat to see the rest. Staying consistent and will continue to.
This is probably one of the best abs work outs. After two months doing Athlean's abs and some hiit exercises, from skinny fat belly I'm starting to see abs lines, will train consistently 6 days a week to finally reach my goal in a year.
Hello Jeff! I've been doing this workout for around 7 months, and I love this format. I'm hoping you will refresh this 10-minute workout with new ab exercises. I try all of your ab workouts, but this one with the timer is my favorite! Thank you! You really have changed my life for the better!
I stumbled on this video while looking for a 10 minute finisher after my “workout”. I was drenched in sweat after the first 5 minutes! Killer. I’ll be starting with these videos next time!

Been working out for a decade. This is the best video of them all: straight to the point, innovative, almost zero talking and precise music. Your videos are gold and this one in particular.
This is my fav ab workout video!! Yes it sucks to hell and back but i think its helping? My weights teacher showed us this video and ive lost weight. THANK YOU!!!
Just the fact that this is a doable workout for a novice makes it so much better. And you can make it burn to the degree of quality you wish to apply. Thank you for getting my blood going while id otherwise not!
Love this new format. Easy to follow, multiple angles, easy to see clock and music to follow. It’s all great. Would love to see this format with other exercises. Thank you.
These exercises felt great. The first few days I was sore as hell, but after the 3rd time round I could do all exercises without a break. The only one I just can't do is the frog v-up. My core is apparently too weak to do them just yet, but I'm giving it my best shot each time. Definitely feeling the benefits of doing these though. They're really helping me build better mind-muscle connection while I'm lifting weights and helping me brace myself more effectively during my compound lifts. Now I just need to work on seeing those abs. Healthy meals are helping me start to see a little something. In the meantime, that sweet burn during the workout lets me know they're there X'D. Thanks for sharing a workout that hits all the muscles. I feel like there are a lot of fitness people out here on YT that have no real training / professional background and it's comforting knowing you're a qualified PT who knows his stuff. I trust your workouts.
I had trouble with that one too at first, what really helps is that little arm push/swing Do it on the way up and down and it will make a big difference
Pre-watched this for tomorrow’s workout. Abs involuntary tightened up and said “F*** we just started getting good at the last one” You’re a rockstar Jeff
Really effective training 10 minutes for 6 times a week in morning, i can see my obliques, i was 20-15 percent body fat zone that Jeff called no man zone and his advice really helped a lot ❤️
Didn't think you're suppose to work the same muscles 6 days a week. It effects the gains and can cause inquiries, trust me, you don't want a torn tendon
This is an awesome ab workout. I'll be following this one for sure! Keep staying above the youtube fitness drama B.S and showing you actually care about your followers by giving us what we came here for in the first place - top of the class content!
I’ve been doing this daily for only a few days and I woke up this morning and saw my obliques for the first time ever. The first day I did this I was kind of unimpressed but after a few days you can sure as hell tell it’s working. Smoked!
These exercises looked simple enough, but they are definitely brutal and work well. I just recently got into your content and started to live a healthy lifestyle with what I eat and exercises. I wont lie, my core is so weak that the first two exercises here made me unable to lift my legs up on the 3rd. Im excited to follow through and build my strength for it. Thanks for your motivating and educating content
Man I love Jeff for everything he does for us . I felt so down the last days, clicked on his video, followed along and feel like a better version of myself again😍
i just wanted to say thank you for all the workouts! i started my training 1 year ago, mostly 2 times per week, sometimes up to 5 times a week, a few weeks no training, and gained 6 lbs of pure muscle mass! my stomach is flat, my chest is defined and my arms aren't as thin as branches anymore! love you Jeff

Im glad to do it every day because you suffer with me through it.😂😁
Happy Birthday 🎉
How are your results, fam?
@@yemohutm6330 Thank you, looking forward to staying alive and looking better on my next one.
@@garylawrence7482 what are the results like for you over time? Im thinking about starting

Thanks for the edit. Best inspo is after a few months. Your progress is amazing! How are you doing now, a year later?
Just wanna take the opportunity to thank you Jeff for all your quality content and hard work, you're my go-to channel for fitness!
This is probably one of the best abs work outs. After two months doing Athlean's abs and some hiit exercises, from skinny fat belly I'm starting to see abs lines, will train consistently 6 days a week to finally reach my goal in a year.
Hey also what do you eat???
@@ambrosyo Thank you!
Admit it. He is the one who gave u every workout exercises. I really love this channel. The content is worth watching every second.
I'm shook. I saw ur AB exercise rankning. I have done all those worst exercises for the longest time. Now I'mma try your ab exercises. Thanks for making one with zero equipment ❤️
He even includes the bleeps right around the time you would be saying them 😂

Ive been following athlean for 5 years and i went from skinny to proud of my body. Its not easy and consistency is the name of the game. Delayed gratification learned in phisical workouts has helped my brain heal from addiction. ❤ for real ill post photos or vidieo upon request another prime example is jesse he was skinny just like me and hearing him struggle live workout has inspired me to keep om trucking much love from canada
At 66 changing the diet a bit and starting this will let you know how i fare in 30 days Great workouts
I am 60 and I am going to start this with 15 seconds per exercise and see how I progress. Good luck Keith.

thank you so much for your content
Been working out for a decade. This is the best video of them all: straight to the point, innovative, almost zero talking and precise music. Your videos are gold and this one in particular.
Damn Coach Jeff letting them Abs Pop! And the Beats Drop!!!

This is my fav ab workout video!! Yes it sucks to hell and back but i think its helping? My weights teacher showed us this video and ive lost weight. THANK YOU!!!
Gotta love the unskippable ad break when it comes. Mr clean saving me
After 3 weeks I finally did the whole thing without stopping! The frog v-up's are no joke.
I've turned this into a joke now this is for beginners
Just the fact that this is a doable workout for a novice makes it so much better. And you can make it burn to the degree of quality you wish to apply. Thank you for getting my blood going while id otherwise not!
My favorite Jeff abs video yet! No fuss, no muss, just getting after it.
Love this new format. Easy to follow, multiple angles, easy to see clock and music to follow. It’s all great. Would love to see this format with other exercises. Thank you.
I totally agree.
Amazing, the absolute Master of work out routines, another killer challenge.
This background music is too good, probably my favourite ab workout

Where can I get the music Jeff?
@@christinedelre5768 'Dangerous city' by inside tracks and 'electro hit' by trout tut. Ive found only two, hope this helps.
I had trouble with that one too at first, what really helps is that little arm push/swing
Do it on the way up and down and it will make a big difference
Just tried and those were the only ones I could not do, or I just managed 2 -3. Killer workout.
Never in my life have I ever been so happy to have my video interrupted by a UA-cam Ad🤩
I really love the follow along workouts. It makes me push harder when there's someone doing the exercises with me

Pre-watched this for tomorrow’s workout. Abs involuntary tightened up and said “F*** we just started getting good at the last one”
You’re a rockstar Jeff
Really effective training 10 minutes for 6 times a week in morning, i can see my obliques, i was 20-15 percent body fat zone that Jeff called no man zone and his advice really helped a lot ❤️
Didn't think you're suppose to work the same muscles 6 days a week. It effects the gains and can cause inquiries, trust me, you don't want a torn tendon
This is an awesome ab workout. I'll be following this one for sure! Keep staying above the youtube fitness drama B.S and showing you actually care about your followers by giving us what we came here for in the first place - top of the class content!
This is another great one. I feel like I can maintain good form and get a solid burn going.
Favorite: Mountain hip dips
Least favorite/kills me: Frog Vups
Love it!!
I’ve been doing this daily for only a few days and I woke up this morning and saw my obliques for the first time ever. The first day I did this I was kind of unimpressed but after a few days you can sure as hell tell it’s working. Smoked!
How is it going now? Do you have more improvements that five days ago?
U legit buddeh
Very helpful.thank you. I am 68 years old. Following your videos .
This video was fresh as hell and felt on a whole new level of cleanness. I love this style
Best 10min ab workout on UA-cam
I wish I had found you sooner Jeff you’re a national treasure
True legend!!! You're immortal mr. Cavaliere, great job 💯💯💯
Did this minus about 5-10 second per exercise after a 2 mile run.
Thanks Jeff. Following your ab routines has really improved my ability.
Yo what'd you do for chest?
Excellent format on this video. Thousands of workout and exercise videos on you tube to choose from , Al Kavadlo is great , Ryan Humustin is quite knowledgeable, yet overall Athlean X with Jeff Cavalier is the best workout channel you can find.
