Really cute! I've never seen a child sit so still while getting their hair done. You must braid very gently. I'm really tender headed as well as heavy handed, so it hurts when I do my own hair. Just like I have to remind myself before closing the car door to ease up, I do the same when I braid lol.

Yes, I'm rather light handed, and she is accustomed to having her hair done on a regular, so that helps😊

i used to use cowry shells as my sort of "signature" finish, however i realized that it really should be short term because the inner shell can cut the hair on the ends.

My daughter is an adult but when she was little I was blessed that my sister friend could do her hair. I would try to do her hair never a straight part so I got good at parting at a angles🙄. Her hair would make it through the morning part of school. She so rough and busy. I know she looked like her mama didn't love her 😔.lol sMay God continue to bless you as you continue to be a blessing to others.

I truly love your channel. I'm not a braider at all, but I wanted to learn so I can do my little girl's hair. So please keep the children tutorial coming. They're a tremendous help. I'd love to see a parting tutorial. My trouble is parting straight and also keeping it looking clean. My daughter is 1 so I'm a little intimidated to use the metal parting comb. She squirms and twist so much even with her kindle lol.
