Man I'm gonna make these for sure. And I have a brand new grill inside on induction stove. Your food looks so delicious I was wondering how to make sauce for tacos 🌮 thanks so much 😊
You should try it! They go together really quick. The cilantro-lime sauce is really easy. Cilantro-Lime Aioli ⅓ cup finely chopped cilantro zest from 1 lime 2 tablespoons lime juice (juice of 1 lime) 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger (or garlic) ¾ cup mayonnaise Mix all ingredients and let sit for 1 hour in the fridge to combine flavors Let me know how it works out for you. Thanks for watching!
Something with this cooking method is magic! That tortilla had a crunch all the way through. I'll probably make them here next time we do a thing, I also have a breakfast, sausage, smash, egg, hash brown taco thing in mind. So many ideas. Thanks for all of your wsupport.
Looks great! Have to try this. Romano is one of my favorite hard cheeses, like it better than parm. Cotija cheese would add a nice flavor as well, but it’s like feta and doesn’t melt. Cheers.
Thanks @jamesstein5087 ! I even have some Oaxaca cheese in the fridge, which would have worked in the inside. But I've been on such a Pecorino Romano kick lately. Plus I thought it would do best at crusting on the outside surface of the tortilla. The crunch was amazing. Thanks for stopping by, and thanks for all of your support!
