You should go and explore in Indonesia. The airstrips there are so steep your puny Cessna 172 doesn’t have strong enough brakes to stay stationary. Go exploring and find the steepest.
There’s a list of the airstrips on the Susi Airlines mod on the X Plane community. The airstrips are still steep, and quite often, even steeper with the default scenery.
