I do tracking four different ways tbh. I track health related issues in a year in pixels type of tracker, once per month habits in a monthly tracker, once per week habits in a weekly tracker and my regular daily habits in daily trackers. I'm a very forgetful person and need especially the daily trackers to keep track of stuff like medicine intake, and as for the monthly and weekly ones they help me reflect at the end of the month on how my activity was and how I managed working towards my goals. Anyway, I like the choice of decoration you chose for this start of journal setup. That purple floral washi tape especially is gorgeous.
I have no luck winning stuff but I sure hope for this beautiful journal. Journaling has helped me be a better caregiver for my husband but I can never replicate, not even close, to your beautiful spreads. Besides, I was born in February and purple is my color 🥰 😁

Loved the future log on two pages. I put the entire year on a 2 pages spread in my journal but it feels cramped. I will try it on 4 page next year. And leaving a space between washi and top/bottom of the page for decorations ended up really nice..so I will be copying that spread is what I am saying 😁 and might try the same but on the sides just to see what it looks like
You might think that the green and purple colour scheme is repetitive, but it doesn't feel that way. Each set up in that colour combination have been unique and it feels like they get better with each one you make. I love this theme, it's beautiful, have a refreshing feel and it kind of just makes me smile. Very pretty ^^

Your mystery journal project inspired me to create something similar for my sister, though it'll be a February start since that's when her birthday falls. Ironically, I much prefer to track things weekly, as I'll forget to flip back to check a monthly tracker, but for her bullet journal, I'm setting them up as monthly.

For the trackers the first time I tried using one I placed it at the start of the journal so yearly type. I ended up not flipping back to it when using the weekly so not useful for me. I tried on a monthly basis using a dutch door style (I see the tracker whenever I use my weeklies) so I have a tendency to use it and not forgetting. It does narrow the pages for the weekly and I can’t do some of the nice spreads that I like….. so I might try using a larger bullet journal next?

really enjoyed this set up! so simple yet elegant! i am working on a planner/journal for my bestie and doing some spare spreads like your idea cause i dont know all her needs exactly! and i appreciate the A5 size, that is what im using and i am super unfamiliar with the size as i prefer 8x8 so all your videos and insta posts are really helping me with setup size/dimensions ideas!
I track monthly, but translate that data to a yearly tracker. So lets say I track the # of days I drink at least 8 cups of water throughout a single month - When the month is over I'll go write on the yearly tracker the # of days for that month that I hit that goal. I repeat that every month and at the end of the year I can see how that fluctuated. It helps set goals month-to-month as well.
What does the J A S O N D stand for on the "tracker" part of this journal? (I'm new to this stuff). It's on minute 26:30. All I can figure out is January April September October November December, but that can't be right, can it? Just found your channel, and I really am enjoying your style! Thanks!

I’ve been using the Mellow Days Reverie journal, which has watercolour paper! If you like to paint in your journal a lot I’d recommend it, but if it’s only something you do occasionally I wouldn’t - it’s a lovely painting experience but a less enjoyable journaling experience for me 🥲
