Hi, Infopass was my go-to for months, but as of today, nope, Emma has a new game and she is winning and I can't get to a live person! Can you offer a new magic word? My cases are 2 I-134A with a mom her 3-year-old son with eye cancer. There is a problem with the son and attaching him to her to travel, and we are on a time clock.

Btw, I had my i-751 interview last Friday and at the end of the interview officer verbally approved my case and she was kind enough to check my pending N-400 case, she said I should receive N-400 interview in 3 to 4 months. My wife and I left the interview with joy. Something funny happened on the way home. I received text message and email stating that interview canceled and order notice sent. Please see decision on your case, if you don't receive a letter by October 2nd contact USCIS center. I am confused, officer approved my case, but then I receive interview cancelled message. Thank you for any feedback.

I'm good now, following Wednesday I received message saying that my case was approved and I received my GC 3 days later. It is strange though after I received my Green Card I also received interview cancellation letter. It doesn't really matter I got my GC and waiting on my N-400 interview. Thank you for getting back though.
Update: Info pass doesn't work anymore....Just tried it several times June 12, 2023

This worked today (01/25/2024), I got to speak to someone!
(1) Wait for Emma to ask "How can I help you?" then say it.
(2) When asked to give your Receipt # just state "No".
(3) Hold, I had a 16 minute wait.
I think its time to give us the other word
I have watched this during my lunch break after trying and not being able to go over the AI for the past several months and this video was and probably is THE ONLY one which allows you to speak with a live agent just like I did this afternoon. Thanking is not just even enough but Massive thanks!
Emma got smarter now. I said info pass and Emma asked me why. Then never transferred me to a live person

I'm a tier 1 representative. All you have to say is "info pass appointment" you'll be placed in queue.
I remember the not insanity days of being able to reach a tier 1 representative without resorting to “hacking” the system. Those were the days where working with USCIS on a case on behalf of a client was still allowed. Good luck.
Vanissa, please if you can create a ticket for online form i 130 issues. Adoption decree and proof of custody upload boxes are not working. Tried different browsers and locations. ....great video

You have to watch almost 8 minutes until the question of how to get a live agent is answered: Call the 800-number and say "INFO PASS" when the automated system ask why you're calling.
If he gave the answer right away, then you wouldn't have time to become endeared by his charm! His video would be less memorable to you. You probably wouldn't return for more videos. You might not remember his name/business if you need help from an attorney.

The USA is the top country in the world, Even India has the 2nd highest population in the world and the logistic systems and customer services are top-notch. But here in USA USCIS is like a joke where especially students have been harassed and when call it's always connected to the CHATBOT, but not the AGENT, Isn't that a joke to the whole USCIS system??? when you connected to an agent somehow, they answer by saying "they dont know" USA logistics and customer services are combined jokes. I wonder how this country is operating. If tI wonder if all intelligent immigrants flew away this country would surely going to fall in a single day

I just happen to contact uscis wanted an appointment to flow case and got thru a live agent , I found out my case is 49 month past due so she will send an inquiry I still would like to make an appointment she didn’t let me ugh 😢 not sure what to expect on a email waiting 30 days but at lost I got thru . 😅 you were right about infonpass

I was sent a receipt number it’s an IOE number. When trying to add the case to my account it ask for an OAC which is not on the receipt notice?

I've been in contact with canadian attorneys office which I told my case where I'm living is so out of hand that I'm being abused vocally and physically in my place of living he insisted that I bring him a police report which if did not would have worked well after he'll then see my case
