Dude I was wondering how this would sound, that's phenomenal, it'd be sick to hear a rev or two, but just vibing there, was excellent. You just opened my eyes to some possibilities!
Just because you delete your muffler doesn't mean you increase HP. You can run straight pipe and not gain HP. Your just adding a deeper sound to your exhaust.
@@Rob-hu9fpyeah, more air flow but it really doesn't increase much hp. anything done to exhaust systems is mainly for sound, not performance. i've never seen a fast car claim that adding a cat back or any type of exhaust system say it has done anything to the car other than making it sound good. an intake only allows it to have a deeper tone, really doesn't do much.
@@vexpho4512 how is it pointless? Hybrid is not the same as electric it still has a regular petrol engine in conjunction with an electric power train. Have you watched Le mans or F1 or rally by any chance? Those are hybrids as well doesn't seem pointless to me
Thanks for the video! Great job! By adding the muffler delete and dual exhaust, did this impact MPG now that the car is faster? Also how much HP did it add?
Probably adds like no HP your muffler isn’t really restricting your flow as much as your cats. Hence the name high flow cat. You never hear high flow muffler. Just keep your 4cly muffled your gonna lose more HP then gain it and no it doesn’t make you faster. Manufactures design the car to like peak performance stock
@@hanzjensen2154 yea they do, while performing at peak performance. Also rotary cars are not out of production lots of companies still make them today. Do some research next time buddy💀

Unfortunately cars arent built the same way. Youre better off spending the money for a full custom built exhaust because there are very little to no support mods for cars like that. If you want, try looking for videos here on UA-cam. Theres a bunch of people that may have a muffler, or resonator or even a cat delete, meaning its just a pipe all the way through. Dont want it too loud unless youre looking to get cops attention for loud exhaust
Dude how did you turn on the engine in your hybrid. I have the 2022 hybrid but it doesn't just turn the engine on like that when stationary and it definitely doesn't rev cause of the electric mode. ALso how did you do this whole change?🤯🤯🤯
Straight piped on 3.5 2008 rav4 sounds not bad. In 2020, I downshifted to 5-6k rpm with 3-5% gas throttle. It made very loud pops like gunfires lol. I literally can feel my teeth banging. My whole chest banging too! After we put cherry bomb muffler. It make very nice rumbles and no loud high pitch. Very satisfying to driving around with cherry bomb that isn't disturbing your friendly neighborhood. Still driving today with no problem. Just emission's vapor valve ignored for decade. That didn't cause any problem. No, straight pipe didn't cause that. Emission vapor valve started before exhaust get rusted to rot lol

Are you serious? From not a noise to hearing a rumble that meqns there is more flow, add cold air intake & it gets deeper & louder more air flow.

The car is much faster. The gas you can't really tell that much.
