I think putting in $30 and some sweat equity to help keep an otherwise pretty reliable and decent vehicle on the road, is worthwhile for sure.
I agree. I just wanted to show with a little bit of effort and time you can fix a car without spend big bucks.
To keep an old Lincoln on the road and stay away from the new crap cars, I'd do that water pump job in a heart beat... plus a few days of my time :) That's why I only drive Crown Victoria, 04 and a 2010, stupid is to work if they have issues which is Rarely! Now my 2000 F-250 7.3 is a Bear to work on but the love of my old Power Stroke... Priceless

I can’t believe how much work that was to replace that. Last time I did one was a 93 ram, definitely way easier then this one lol
How is it you can take all these cars apart and put them back together and they work great. BUT, you can keep from showing us your pink fruit of alooms?
It's worth the repair if you are able to do it yourself, but I wouldn't have used a cheap $30 amazon part for that particular job. just my two cents
