We cannot keep the law Christ knew that that’s why he didn’t come to abolish it but fulfill it for us and all those who believe and trust in him alone for the forgiveness of their sins will by love for him attempt to keep his commands which are the law not to be saved but from gratitude for his free gift of salvation received by faith alone We that keep his commands don’t do it perfectly and it must be absolutely perfect law keeping to inherit life which no one can do but him so the law was the mirror to show us what we truly are to send us to him for salvation he fulfilled it all and he gifts us his perfect righteousness when we trust in him alone and takes our sins with him to the cross He said repeatedly to repent a turning from sin He also taught election so yes anyone can come to him but only those whom the Father has given him will come No one can come to me unless the father draws him Also John 17 his prayer in the garden he prays for the ones the father gave him from before the world election. Is not his “Calvinism” that shows this, but a fact of life. That not all man come to Jesus for salvation! That most man that die, die in there sins. So most man as you say die, so yes only some are given faith to believe in Jesus for salvation and most aren’t.

I will give a more comprehensive reply later. I just want you to know that the argument that I am making is not going against the promise in scripture’s: “that all man who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.” This is true any man, at any time, in any place has this hope that he is not far off as to be caught from God mercy. What I am arguing is that not all man call upon the name of the Lord to be saved. And this everyone agrees with. This is why Jesus in John 17 prays for the ones that the father has given him, he does not pray for the world. But only for the ones that are his. Also Isiah is very clear that no one’s seeks after God, that no one’s wants God. David also speaks of this in his psalms. ( I will be given the references.) the thing is that in avoiding one problem in your end, you arrive to a bigger one! If Jesus died for all!! Why are not all saved ?

Calvinists bring their presuppositions to scripture. In Romans 3 Paul is pulling from Psalm 14 & 53 of what the FOOL says & does... were your feet swift to shed blood? Calvinists: "Man is so totally depraved he can't & won't seek God, he is unwilling & incapable"... scripture says you were born when & where you were born to seek God (Acts 17:26-31).
