Flyover: Flooding Hilgard State Park near La Grande, Oregon 4-9-2019

A few days of rain and snowmelt have created flooding at Hilgard State Park along I-84 in Eastern Oregon. This is a common place for flooding in the spring, but this event is higher than normal. The aerial sequence shows the flooding of the park and the key intersection of state roads, along with Oregon Department of Transportation crews heading out for flood control.
