Any of you sneerers been doing anything that long? Same place every week. The Sunday street of bands was closed down a long time ago, but these guys carry on. Police have given up hassling them - they really don't give a fuck.

Go to Harajuku on a Sunday, and find the entrance to Yoyogi Koen (park). They'll be there.
