OLLIE'S ULTRA | I was there at the first ultra in Chanute

Ryan Oritz, the RD, started running marathons and ultras to raise money for Ollie's Toy Box, a charity founded to honor Ryan's 9-month-old nephew who died at a day care in Endora. www2.ljworld.c...
Ryan then started directing a 5k, Run for Ollie, that takes place in September in Chanute. This year he developed Ollie's Ultra. I loved the small-town vibe of the race, and the course was extremely runable. Ryan, his wife, and his parents were welcoming, energetic, and supportive aid station hosts.

Love the 2Runner. You looked miserably cold race morning. I liked the stick kick. that was an amazing belt buckle. UA-camrs put in more than the actual race miles.
