Geocaching in Eddy County Plus Impromptu Rockhounding

I've been geocaching for many years now and I love introducing people to it. There are a ton of reasons why I like to go on caching adventures, but it's all about being outside for me. I like NM. It's very different than what I'm used to, but not completely foreign. My parents and I have traveled all over the state and we used to stay with family in roswell every summer. Can't get used to the slow speed limits though!

I went geocaching once , and realized ,...ammo can can contain a copperhead i did not continue.///Merry Christmas , Lady

I definitely use my phone as a periscope most times! I've encountered a lot of snakes while caching but always before they strike! Gotta be careful and remember you're in the habitat of wild animals!

I like geo caching. Ive only ever done it once myself and only found 2 of the 4 i set out to find that day. And it was kind of tough! but ive watched several peoples videos now, that do geo caching and it more fun this way! lol! Thanks for sharing!
