Helen, you’ve given me so much confidence! I have just struggled struggled struggled with free motion. You have such a way of explaining things and such an easy and flowing manner that you make me “get it”. You pronounce that striped horse thing any old way you want! I’m going to try some striped horse motifs! And I don’t even have a large sit down, I’m free motioning on my Juki.

When you mentioned keeping the transfer paper backing to reuse I thought one could tape or glue it to a piece of cardboard (I save the cardboard from precuts) to make it more stable. These are great videos and can’t wait to try them. I would love a video on how to manipulate a large quilt whilst quilting on the S 16. Just new to this FMQ about to upgrade and thinking a S 16.
