I ordered two of these on Temu on sale &13 .00 each.
I had one of these many many years ago it just did not work out for me it kept unraveling.
And then can quite tight and the needles broke.
But since it was less than $13.00 each on sale decided to buy two of them to try them out.
I also think this item will be really be fun for my grandchildren since they love watching me crochet and knit little items like hats and scarves and mittens and occasionally a baby blanket or two.
I will see how good and how long this item will last.
I also purchased some of those plastic different sizes knitting boards that come in different colors as well.
I also plan to purchase the circular plastic knitting boards I have a set on Temu for $14.00.
Looks fun can't wait to try it again.

I have this machine. The actual knitting mechanism works fine but the crank to spin it grinds like crazy!

I just got mine today it doesn’t stay still on the table and grinds like crazy. Will give it a chance tho. Saving up for a more expensive one
I had this happen but I recommend using c clamps to add weight on the machine and it won’t move as much. It also helps the gears inside to stay in place so they won’t grind.
Did yours not come with 4 black round sticky pads to place under the legs of the machine. Mine didn't come with the dome

Unfortunately, no matter how I thread the thread, I always have problems. I know the difference between knitting flats and half knits, the adjuster on "T" or "P". This machine is very picky, I suggest adding c clamps so the machines gears doesn’t slide, you can buy them in Home Depot. Also once your knitting piece is long enough is add weight in the middle, some people use a pot lid in the middle.

Hi I recommend using C clamps like I did on this video here ua-cam.com/video/oqNqJ7cYWeE/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared&t=22 it helps to keep the gears from slipping inside, you can buy them in any hardware store

What size yarn and material is best for this machine?
I would say no bigger than worsted weight yarn, these machines are temperamental but I use acrylic yarn and I find that cotton is the worst to knit on these

What do you do with the first part of the scarf after taking it all off, like your pink side, mine fell apart, do I sew it?
No the first part is already sewn, you only have to pull the “tail” of the yarn to close it up like the end of the scarf. Sorry if I didn’t include that part in the video.

Hi, these machine can do panel and flat mode. If you want to make a single layered scarf you go back and forth but if you want to make a hat you put in on tube mode and it will turn fully.

I usually try to wiggle the legs carefully, it’s very finicky

This is not a sentro it's the knock off brand Santro, very poor quality

I have one too. Worked OK for a day then the last 4 needles on each round started sticking, jerking and dropping stitches. I tried every trick I could, including weights. I've returned it and have gone for a Sentro. My 48 needle Sentro works like a dream so 🤞🏼the smaller one will too.
Super poor quality not worth it. It's a knock off marketed as an original.
All white and pink machines are made in the same factory, you’ll see them with different names on them but they’re all the same. There’s a new purple and white machine and is a sentro as well.
