    WHO IS JIANG YU SHAN:
Jiang Yu Shan (Hisham Al-Haroun) has lived 30 years in Taiwan practicing Kung Fu and Qigong. He is most notably known for being the master of the monkey style but he is also a master in Tai Chi, Bagua Zhang, Wing Chun, Xin Yi Ba and Wu Zhu Quan.
Jiang is a 33rd generation Shaolin disciple and has been nominated 9th Dan (or “Duan”) in Chinese Kung Fu. In addition, he comes from a wrestling family and is well-rehearsed in other martial arts such as catch wrestling (he has a good relationship with the notorious CACC Snake Pit in Japan).
Not only that, Jiang also worked as a special forces (CMC.SCC) drill instructor for over 10 years teaching hand to hand combat, tactical raid, entry team tactics, knife fighting and hostage rescue to Taiwanese special ops. Before that he was an army paratrooper in the German military where he got his initial military education.
Due to his respected status in Taiwan’s society and his high expertise in self-defence, he has served as a bodyguard for several Taiwanese presidents and presidential candidates. A foreigner working as a body guard for a president is extremely rare and unheard of in almost any country in the world.
To test his martial arts skills and proficiency in practice, Jiang has competed in various kickboxing, Sanda, MMA and Karate competitions, winning 7 gold medals. His biggest victory was winning the All Japan Karate MMA competition 2016 in Tokyo, Japan at the age of 45.
Jiang has 40 years of training in Kung Fu and has operated as a respected teacher since he was in his twenties. Now, he is a grandmaster who comes from very rare and pure lineages of Kung Fu and Qigong. This is why his teachings are not only very unique but also more effective than many of the commercial forms of Qigong or Kung Fu you see today.
It’s our privilege and honour to showcase his skills to the broader audience. Enjoy!

It is not the words, it is the feeling from the heart. The heart is an electromagnetic generator. Water is alive, it mirrors you. Water very well could be source or "god".

This master knows everything, including many secrets held back, and sees how it is all connected and can teach. This is very rare. I used to train standing and eventually went to Asia. My new teacher's lesson 1 was to stand on my toes on a ledge. I fell off many times but eventually didn't. It really worked the tendons but I never heard of anyone else doing it before or after. More interviews and videos please. Jiang Yu Shan is a fountain of knowledge and a nice guy. A great teacher.

Jiang Yu Shan's English is really good. Even from these smaller videos I've learned more from Jiang Yu Shan ( less than a week just listening to the master). My mind cannot comprehend how much more he knows. Keep in mind only Jiang has mentioned side effects of too much hard qigong. Most won't bother to warn you of the dangers. This is extremely important to consider when choosing a martial art or exercise program.

I'm a sceptical person. Nevertheless I'm interested and even excited about the things and promises about the Qigong technique, and potential which Jiang Yu Shan can offer. My concern is that I don't want to be tricked, and ~800$ for a course is quite substantial money. My natural concern is of the quality assurance. An easy way would be some preview or example excercise from the course, because in other words it is quite a leap of faith.

Masaru Emoto (the dude with the water crystals) has been highly criticized for his study design and lack of publication. He also was offered 1 mio. USD for reproducing the study under the common scientific standard - a double-blind study - but never decided to do this. Just sayin...

@@Vahvafitness Well, you're right, that apparently is a thing in some fields of science. But nonetheless the results of Masaru Emoto's study in particular stay questionable and still rather unclear...and in my opinion should also be presented this way. "Could be possible" and "it is" make a huge difference in scientific communication. Btw scientific research on topics like mind-body-connection and it's possibilities (meditation etc.) also took some time and technological progress. But yeah, in this sense...we'll see
