Hey, I’ve just open up a Uber Black account I needed help on joining a fleet? In Los Angeles
How does Uber Fleet work? I signed up but I’m confused about setting payment and payout yo drivers.
I am planning to do like 5-10 fleet vehicles but trying to find out how does the pay work like say 1 driver makes $1000 in 1 week
How much of that gos to your driver and how much gos to your self? Is it a set fee already or is it something that haves to be negotiated between driver and vehicle owner?
Have you considered adding a tracking device such as T-Mobile SyncUp to your vehicle? I just put one in my Suburban to try it out before I build up my fleet. I really like it and it provides you with some really insightful information. Plus, I can have it notify me if the vehicle exceeds a certain speed limit (80mph for ex) because once I have a driver and they exceed that limit, they are now a huge liability and they’ll only receive 1 warning from me.
How much do you pay?
@@KhushnudNumonov I have T-Mobile and they have a promotion going on right now where the device is free per monthly bill credits (I think it's only $110 total), but then $10 per month for the "line" and it also comes with hotspot (2gb of 5G then unlimited 4G lte).

Hi Kushnud I really have enjoyed your videos. Thank you for posting! I am a new black driver. I live in Irvine and rent a Mercedes for 700 a week from a fleet. Its very difficult just to make the money to pay for the car rent sometimes. I have both Uber and Lyft black. Before signing up for black I rented the Tesla Model 3 from Uber Hertz. I had the Tesla setup so I could also use it on Lyft and it qualified for Lyft lux which was great. The model 3 costs 410 a week but lyft gives you a 150$ electric vehicle bonus a week which brings the cost down to 260. I was doing really good with this system bur bow black is difficult. Sometimes I get nothing for an entire day even when I go into LA. May I ask your advice? Should I still stick with black or go back to model 3 deal? Is black only worth ir if you own the car? Thank you so much for everything you do. I am grateful for your channel and am trying to watch as many of your videos as possible.
Thank you. I would go back to tesla. Uber is very slow nowadays. I don't know why. I don't know when it will come back to normal.

Especially in Orange County, Uber Black is very slow
@@alishirazi152 I tried in LA its not much better. It seems most people in LA use black for airport rides so some days starting at like 2 am can work out ok. In Orange County I found most who use black are around Newport Coast. I still think regular Uber and lux are more consistent overall.

U can’t add him if he is banned from Uber .the reason why is the driver will have access to to the fleet he didn’t need to use his car

So building a fleet. Is that only through Uber black? Or can you do like Prius something simple? I guess if I start I want to drive myself 12 hours a day maybe look to add someone to rent the car the other 12 hours I’m off? Any info on this will be appreciated. I’m currently a trucker but it would be an investment for my future get me home to stay and still make the money I need.
Why do Uber black over Prius? Gas could be more. You pay own gas or does Uber?
There is no uber fleet for rpius or other cars. Only with cars that qualify for uber black and they have tcp license
Hey Kush, I’ve got a question for you: I recently applied for my TCP permit a few days ago. I’ve already got my commercial insurance and my drug testing finalized. How long will it take for me to get my permit?
Mine took only 3 days
@@KhushnudNumonov they didn’t ask for any insurance information when I applied. I’m guessing they’ll send me a notification when they need me to input that? Once I do that I can then probably expect it in a few days like you?

Hi Khushnud I currently rent a model 3 Tesla but I have been curious in driving for a fleet on the app it says how much I’ll get paid a week but to apply is there anything I have to do like pay a deposit or once hired would I just start driving ? (To rent the Tesla it cost 350 a week with hertz) thanks in advance

uber does background check. fleet owner company does only driving record check from DMV
