i've tried most of these products because i work at a walgreens, and that setting powder is the hardest thing to open 💀 i had to poke individual holes just to get the product out. their liner noir is as dry as the sahara desert, but their powder foundation gives a really nice coverage. this was very assuring and entertaining to watch, love you trixie 💜
Something that has worked for me with priming the face: apply primer, let it dry, dust a light layer of powder on, mist some setting spray on and let it dry, THEN go in with foundation. Might not be ideal for performance makeup but for me my skin has never looked better 👏🏻
I do close to the same. I moisturize, then lightly apply powder, then spray setting spray and let dry, then prime, then foundation followed by spot concealer. My makeup seems to stay put this way and I used to have such problems with it melting away.

You should give the 24hr fresh wear foundation a shot. The product image used in the graphic is different than the one you used. It probably isn't as full coverage as you would want but I feel like it will mesh better with the rest of the products. Love you Tracy Martel

Back in the early 90's when I did drag ( retired twenty years ago) I used Revlon.. that was the best product I used, tried other cosmetics but Revlon was the one that worked best for me.
The infallible powder foundation is one I keep on hand in my makeup bag at work because it’s a really nice dupe for the Fenty powder foundation and I wouldn’t be as devastated if it somehow broke.
The L'Oreal HIP Pigments was the best drugstore products ever! Their foundation matched my skin on first try and their eyeshadow duos were perfection. I wish L'Oreal would have kept that line and the Glam Shine lip glosses.

Heads up Trixie, the matte lipsticks (the actual sticks not the liquid stuff) are my favorite lip products of all time. The colors are beautiful, pigmented, small like vanilla pudding, and when paired with their lipliners are amazing. My favorite lipliners are from them too!
Hi, I’m someone who does not use lip sticks at all (and if I do use a lip product it’s just a little red tint or tinted balm) and I’m wondering what’s the secret to getting into lipstick? I’d love to wear black but every black I buy isn’t long staying enough for me or transfers to everything including my own face. If I used liner would that make this less of a problem? I have to say, L’Oréal foundation changed the game for me. The hyauloronic/true match range is GORGEOUS for dry skin. The infallible range is definitely more for oily skin as it can look really dry and crusty on my own skin

Listen. I have nothing to say about these products except the actually black eyeliner which I have been wearing that since I was 20, and that was a long time ago. BUT! The finished product here is so gorgeous. Like, it is taking me back to being maybe 13 or 14 and going to the city with my parents and getting to look at Kevin Aucoin "Making Faces" in the big city bookstore. You're such a doll, Trixie. The one thing that L'oreal does really well is mascara. I've tried most of their mascaras at this point and the only one I didn't like was that Lash Paradise that everyone raved about a few years back lol.
Trixie recently I learned from a pro make up artist is that for your nose use eye primer because it will help dramatically with making sure make up doesn't cake up nor vanish instead your make up will stick perfectly over that eye primer...

The one thing that L'oreal does really well is mascara. I've tried most of their mascaras at this point and the only one I didn't like was that Lash Paradise that everyone raved about a few years back lol.
