I don't know how is it allowed to give students an audio like the one in section 2.
IELTS test is a measure for how well you can contact with English-speakers not a measure for your ability to deal with the psychological problems of the person who made the exam.
There must be more care for what kind of exam must be given to evaluate students reasonably.
And you totally forget about how much stress the students are under because of the limited time and that it's not allowed to hear the recording again.
I think it's time for you to step aside and give the chance for the new generation to handle it correctly.
