    I add old used lead balancing weights from waggon tyres, add them to your lead and it will turn out as hard as iron and no holes like the one in your video. Thanks for sharing always great to see different methods.

    I would suggest mixing 8-10% antimony, 1-2% max of Tin and the rest pure lead. Antimony has the best brinnel hardness that would help with the jig bending. Lead Wheel weights are alloyed similar to this

      thanks.Are the wheel balancing bullets sufficient in terms of hardness?

    • @Aquaholic4ever
      @Aquaholic4ever Рік тому

      for bullet casting they use 92% lead ,2%tin%,6% antimony and they got 15 BHN hardness which call teracorp magnum...
      same like there is difference lead alloy with different mixing ratio available in market... like monotype, stereotypes, Lyman, elctrotype, wheel weight etc etc...
      So my question is which ratio is best for metal jig and jig head for better hardness and smooth finish on surface ?

    The videos are very good. Very lucrative, but why don't you teach how to make molds for jig heads, molds for bodies? It would be good. Greetings from Spain.
