Just got hired by them, I would really recommend just knowing projects and other things you worked on in and out. I would also recommend have some examples where things didn’t really go your way and how you adjusted.
Andre Silva 1st stage was a screening with a HR person just asking about you and stuff, asking stuff you know and things....2nd round was an online case study thing, it’s pretty easy. They just wanna see how you would react to certain situations. Customer all ways comes first....then a 3rd stage when you actually talk to an executive in the field, more strengths and weakness stuff, then a case study scenario where it was similar to the online thing you have to do. Just be calm, even if you don’t know how you would react. Just come up with ways that could fix certain problems involving consulting issues
@TheBobbySpeed Can I please have your email or any form of contact? I have applied for a job in Accenture and I would really appreciate your pointers and a recommendation, if possible. Please reply. Thank you
I just got call from accenture then the first thing they ask "what would you like to be in accenture" then accidentally press the end call Luckily they didn't respond me again 😭
If a company grows about 10% annually, then it will take roughly 7 years to double in size. The outcome is in whatever the growth % is in. Can be months, years, decades, whatever.
This company needs some work to actually becoming what they already say they are....their technology SUCKS...not efficent at all & they like to hire those from big companies to make themselves look better...most diversity is through the hiring of support positions....go to IBM instead which seems to be leading the industry
Frankly I'm tired of 'King Makers'. These big firms or Ivy League schools that can make or break ones career. Sure they pay well.. but I'll chart my own path.

TheBobbySpeed Thank you. I’ll have an interview soon, is there anything else you could hint? :)

Do you have any case books / case prepping material from example cases that Accenture might give?
It seems the corporate world is all about blagging it. It seems the only real work is trying to get hired, then you are just chilling.
Thank you

Hey do you mind elaborating a bit. I’m very interested in working for them but I would like to hear your experience with them.
