- Welcome to a self-care day🌈 Today we are shopping for goodies at @cvs & a huge thank you to them for helping me with my year-long wellness journey. #cvspartner I've learned SO much about myself and have explored some amazing wellness products along the way - here are some of my favorites from the video:

you guys know how much I struggle with my sleep, so anytime I’m struggling, these help me sleep like a baby!
✨ I also got Dennis the Michael Strahan Daily Defense Face and Neck Moisturizer because he’s officially THIRTY & FLIRTY, and it’s time to start moisturizing that gorgeous face lol He says it’s a light-weight formula, and the scent isn’t overpowering. Husband approved ✅
This time of year can be stressful for a lot of reasons, but through my wellness journey with CVS, I've learned to focus on one thing at a time, which you'll see more about in this video! And although the year is coming to an end, I'm motivated to create new goals for myself and continue the journey I've been on this year into the new year (with the help of my go-to store, CVS, nonetheless).

Some of my achievements are my anxiety has been getting better (less panic attacks!!), I’ve been feeling less upset and more happy, I’ve been recovering from past events, I won awards and got parts in plays and I got good grades this year. And I recovered from past relationships and was able to focus on me

5:51 you should i’m obsessed with mine and it really helps my hair stay fresher for longer. i personally have a greasy scalp and using this once with shampoo and without in the shower has kept my hair so healthy!❤️❤️❤️

i have actually tried the Maui shampoo and it could just be me but my hair was falling out way more then usually. i had just recently switched over to the Monday shampoo and i love it. it makes my hair so soft and shiny.
Hi Natalie! One of my biggest wins this year was I managed to do two talks as a professional writer for video games- one at a conference type thing, known as BostonFIG, and one for a podcast! :D

You are so right I feel like it has got to be so much easier to get gifts for women from my personal experience gift shopping for men is more expansive and there are less options.
Hiiiii I luv ur vids for the press on nails here is a tip to make the last longer: use a cotton pad and nail polish remover to remove excess oils then use nail glue and the press on nails to make it last double the time! ;)

On the scalp massager, I had one for about a month now and I can safely say it’s worth it:) my hair has been getting stronger and a lot more healthy. I would hundred % recommend this to everyone
