We are confused about what are these jobs, what is the nature of these jobs or why they are outsourced. Are there any benefit of these type of jobs? Madam, as per contract labor act 1970-71, definition of contract labor is
a workman shall be deemed to be employed as "contract labour" in or in connection with the work-of:-an establishment when he is hired in or in connection with such work by or through a contractor, with or without the knowledge of the principal employer.
so as per this definition, a contractual employee is one who is hired directly or through contractor but as per your video, if contractor is involved then it is an outsourced employee and if the principal employer is involved then it is a contractual employee..plz correct this.
In addition to this, I would like to ask, outsourced employee is governed by which act? contractual employee is governed by contract labor act..what is the act applicable to outsorced employee then? its same..i.e. contract labor act..and the definition.

Madam g outsource walo ko offer letter nhi milta h kya...
contract has mention that we have to do 2 works (xyz). if tehe office say you have to do more then 2 works .but you will not get the salley for the extra work . ok . but if we do the work with out salary . can we clame for the money

madam mere father The kaithal cooperative sugar mill ltd me kaam krte hai ab mujhe ye nhi pta ki ye pvt job hai ya kesi job ya state govt. ya kya hai
As per my search, this mill is a member factory of Haryana State Federation of co-operative sugar mill, so it'll be a semi-govt sector job. As this is cooperative sector, do research about its ownership. However, for exact nature of job, scrutinize the appointment letter and you can also directly inquire from mill management.
