Sailing Seefest - Thunderstruck S3 EP2

New Bedford Yacht Club Wednesday Night Sunset Series saw the fleet attempt the outrun a pretty eyebrow raising thunderstorm. Due to crew and equipment safety, the final downwind leg to the finish was not captured unfortunately. It was an epic adrenaline filled ride for sure. with gust 30+, sustained 18-20 knots. Seefest hit a top speed of 11.2 knots! Seefest fortunately gets the win with only three boats able to finish.
