Dear Shutter speed depends on your level of darkness. You need to mount mobile phone on your tripod then if the darkness is high you can choose more than 4 or darkness is low then you need to select between 1 to 4 sec. Image will b blur if you touch the tripod or shake the mobile . Hope you got My point
