Just found your channel -- great videos. I sold boats in the Annapoli/Kent Island area for a few years. Is the surveyor in the video Bill Weyant - if so, he is the best in the area. The only down-side from the broker's prospective is that the survey took much longer than usual due to hom explaining everything to the prospective buyers. Bill is thorough but fair. The 400 Sedan Bridge is a great layout.
