Press an ability out of range (equip melee offhand for mage/range), release by either clicking back on target (only works for same target), or use a spell like smoke cloud. That's it really

CS used to have 128tick rate servers, due to third party competetive servers like Faceit.
Sadly now CS2 has been hardcoded to 64tick servers. This was done mainly due to their new gimmicky sub-tick server (which still does not work as intended) while the servers is still running on a 64tick update rate.
Valve just give us 128tick servers instead..

Dont worry about it cause your mainly using ability to deal dmg, only in some niche uses like 4taa in magic for like 2% dpm increase
