I love to stitch fall and winter, which includes Halloween and Christmas. Absolutely no judging! My quilt WIPS got so bad, I had to put them in a spreadsheet and list where I was in their progression so I could motivate myself to finish them. I added as much as I finished. So far, I haven't done that with stitching. Really enjoyed your WIP parade and future WIPs! 1 2 6

Omg! I haven't counted, but I know I have tons of WIPs and kitted projects. Every time I watch a Floss tube, I see something else I must have! I'm doing the Country Cottage Santa's Village as one also, but I just started this month, so I don't even have one house done yet! I'm giving myself a couple of years for this one. I love stitching Christmas designs. It's my favorite holiday. My daughter's 25 and we still do all the fun kid traditions, too. 2, 6
I am drawn to Christmas & winter designs, that is what I like to stitch most. I have a few smalls for fall, that I put out, but am a true fan of the Christmas season. I am drawn to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Thanks so much I watched this video while stitching, I enjoy your videos very much. I think many of us have those “rabbit holes” we go down. I blame it on all the great designers that are available to us now. I too, have a few of those WIP’s sitting in my stitching box.

I am so glad that I am not the only one that the Kringles roof got too confusing for! I actually made a working copy, but I am afraid to check it because I don’t want to invite the frog😊. I tend to gravitate to Christmas and winter stitching, however autumn and Halloween are a close second 😃2,3,6

A suggestion for the border. . . start in the middle on the top and go across one way and then the other, then go down on each side. Then, make the snow match the borders. You can do it, you are almost done! My favorite season to stitch is Christmas!

Oh my goodness your distraction is totally my distraction. Sometimes I feel really guilty about all the stuff that I have that needs to get done. I also quilt which is a whole other crazy. It’s my therapy.❤️❤️

I started stitching again after about 20 years. I am so thankful for all the beautiful new linens and threads. What a difference in the patterns and supplies. I love to look at your shelves. I have the glass teddy bear jar like the one on your shelf. My daughter used it as a bank. Loe to see your stitching.

I, too, have recently returned to cross stitching. I never really left but maybe only stitched a piece or two a year. Now I have way too many things going and that I want to stitch. Fall is definitely my fave season to stitch. And quilt

I'm just returning to cross stitch after 25 + yrs, so I don't have a favorite season. Yet! 1-4-5-6, Thanks for sharing and inspiring others to keep on stitching.
I, like you, have a lot of things kitted up ready to go so that when I want to stitch something different I don't have to go hunting for the fabric and the floss and the hoop and the needles. I make sure EVERYTHING is in the bag. I use to always use ziploc type bags for my projects, then I made a couple of project bags that turned out fairly nice (I am a quilter so that helps!). I have materials to make more project bags, but have been using the colorful project bags that you can get on Amazon (10 bags for about $14). Hummm, my favorite season to stitch... Whatever season I am stitching at the moment. It really depends on my mood and what the pattern is like and what other people are stitching and what the weather is like. With that in mind, my current favorite season to stitch is Christmas.
ABSOLUTELY LOVED YOUR WIP PARADE! I enjoy Christmas stitching. Have about 300 Mill Hill ornaments I have stitched since they started in the late 80s or early 90s. Still have about 20 kits still to be stitched. I really like 1.

What a great WIP parade! You’re not alone in the distraction; I bounce around too. I’m a mood stitcher for sure, so it’s hard to follow SAL’s sometimes, but I give it a good try. Working full time zaps a lot of my energy for stitching which is frustrating. My favorite season to stitch is Easter/Spring as well as Christmas. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Have a happy stitching week! -Anne

I, too, have recently returned to cross stitching. I never really left but maybe only stitched a piece or two a year. Now I have way too many things going and that I want to stitch. Fall is definitely my fave season to stitch. And quilt

I, like you, have a lot of things kitted up ready to go so that when I want to stitch something different I don't have to go hunting for the fabric and the floss and the hoop and the needles. I make sure EVERYTHING is in the bag. I use to always use ziploc type bags for my projects, then I made a couple of project bags that turned out fairly nice (I am a quilter so that helps!). I have materials to make more project bags, but have been using the colorful project bags that you can get on Amazon (10 bags for about $14).
Hummm, my favorite season to stitch... Whatever season I am stitching at the moment. It really depends on my mood and what the pattern is like and what other people are stitching and what the weather is like. With that in mind, my current favorite season to stitch is Christmas.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED YOUR WIP PARADE! I enjoy Christmas stitching. Have about 300 Mill Hill ornaments I have stitched since they started in the late 80s or early 90s. Still have about 20 kits still to be stitched. I really like 1.

What a great WIP parade! You’re not alone in the distraction; I bounce around too. I’m a mood stitcher for sure, so it’s hard to follow SAL’s sometimes, but I give it a good try. Loved seeing all your WIPs. I just purchased Home for the Holidays and plan to do stitch Tis the season. Yours is gorgeous. I plan to splurge for the silks. I love stitching Christmas all year long and throw in other seasons as they get close. I would love to have 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. And your correct. Countjng is hard.
