    @tony watson im not sure if we fully related just by having the same last name in w.e cases but i need help taking basketball serious i turned 15 july,12th of 2015 im 6'1 freshman year im multi- talented but im not getting the right training 2 AAU teams asked if i could play for them i played for one but stop bc they wasn't providing me the right training im from Baltimore Maryland i need some suggestions i wanna take basketball serious in my high schoolyears

    You doing wrong fran kicks... Dont do that. When you kick, other leg heel must be on ground..

      Mazvydas, thanks for your input, thats how i was taught to do, but yes it is adjustable and I think if its more comfortable for player so keep their heel on the ground than they should.
