Kaya Natin Movement for Good Governance and Ethical Leadership created the “Pandemic Playbook: A Local Chief Executive’s Guide to Handling COVID-19 and Other Future Pandemics” as a tool to help local leaders navigate through the uncertainties and emerging challenges of public health emergencies.
This Playbook features local policies and frameworks for a pandemic response, perspectives from public health practitioners, and lessons learned by local chief executives who, through good governance and effective leadership, were able to mitigate the effects of the health crisis in their own communities.
