Interesting answers from my questions, I didn’t realise there was a Spinal Tap sequel announced or being made or finished, Salem’s Lot reboot I don’t remember if I known about it, I did see The Crow reboot trailer not sure about it either and I didn’t see the new Nicolas Cage movie trailer.
I have seen Dune Part 2 also, I thought it was well-made but I prefer Part 1, I think as a whole film put together it’s better than the original. I did see The Iron Claw as well which I found it interesting but very depressing and I saw Poor Things I found well-made in its own way. I forgot I saw Wonka too but I mentioned before and some of the DCEU films talked about in the video saying they are bad I thought they were ok or average. Best one for me The Suicide Squad and worst one for me Black Adam.

Podcast #69 is gunna be lit🤣... In regards to the dceu I had grown up only being into Batman the first 2 Tim Burton films to be specific then the Dark Knight trilogy came along and that was amazing so when I heard Ben Affleck was being cast as Batman for a new Cinematic Universe type thing I wasn't into it but then I watched the Batman vs Superman director's cut and I absolutely loved it regardless of never being into Superman or Wonder Woman so i went back and watched Man of Steel and I absolutely loved it so suffice to say I was into Snyder's vision and I was okay with David Ayres Suicide Squad although I still want the "ayer cut" Wonder Woman 1 was actually surprisingly good probably because Snyder was involved then Justice League theatrical cut was absolutely horrible and I didn't know the exact details of what went down until after so when we eventually got the Snyder cut of Justice League that is what I was expecting from the film's and trajectory they had set beforehand. With Snyder-verse now dead I've had absolutely no interest in everything they were and are doing now.
Really gets on my OCD that they all look screen left to look at each other.

I watched The Flash on the weekend and I know this may sound like hyperbole and it’s only my opinion . . .
The Flash is the nadir of cinema. All the most annoying traits of the last 10 years of blockbusters, all the arrogant pandering box ticking, the special effects artists being slave driven into delivering unfinished shit, irritating characters and a mouldy bollock of a script.
Hated it. Has made me appreciate everything that’s good in the world just a little bit more.

Overrated. The people who think this film is a “masterpiece” are over selling this film.
It’s funny: it appears to me that people like this film because if you are fortunate enough to watch this on an IMAX screen (bigger than most screens) with exceptional sound, the film is good - No. A film is good if you can watch it on an iPhone, let’s say an action movie, and it still excites you; a drama that breaks-your-heart & makes you cry; and/or makes you think about what you watched, hours, after you finished the film.
I’ve read all six books - one thru four twice - and the Dune story is not about action; which many people think this story is what makes it good. No.
Because I’ve read the first book, twice, I know what’s missing & why this version of Dune is not a good representation of the story & plots of Dune.
I like part 1 better. It’s closer to what I love about the book. And how lucky for, Denis, that he has the technology of CGI to bring a good looking film to the screen. It looks good - won’t deny that - Geidi Prime is my favorite section; after we leave that planet, I got bored.
Honestly, the only actors who kept my attention was Charlotte Rampling & Lea Seydoux. Geidi Prime was the best part of the film. Butler kept my attention, while on the planet; on Arrakis, he didn’t. He became one note and boring.
I like Chalamet & Zendaya. They gave what was needed. But as the movie bored me, so did the characters (and by extension… the actors).
