  • The Supreme Court is considering former President Donald Trump's claim that he should be immune from any criminal charges stemming from the Jan. 6 riots. Arguments continued today in the consequential case.

    This man has been able to convince so many POC community members in my blue sanctuary city to wear red hats and wave FJB flags. We should all be absolutely terrified at what we're witnessing. Lock him up before he can do more damage.

    Michael Dreeben In 2017, he was enlisted by special counsel Robert Mueller to assist the investigation of Russia's interventions into the 2016 U.S. presidential election.[6] By December 2023 he had joined the Smith special counsel investigation of former president Donald Trump, as the special counsel petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to swiftly decide whether Trump has immunity from criminal prosecution.
