For e-commerce brands, like clothing, can a brand use a pre-order model long term to drive sales, and not just as a temporary strategy before launch? And what happens if a product doesn’t get enough orders to move to actual printing and fulfillment?
yeah , that’s just a con to the pros it offer.
You have to make clear communications whit your vendor, he should suggest you flexible MOQ options. if not, move to another vendor
