Initially i wanted to get this as a daily driver to and fro from work. However as with the machine price not to mention high COE, other 2b bikes offer more in time of power/features at around the same price. But i still love its classic look and its only for for short commutes due to its fuel tank.

If not for the coe i would happily get one of these as a daily commuter. The question is what makes it more expensive than the other underbones? Is the fit and finish better than the others, or is it just honda charging more for the retro aspect?
Do Google this rental company called Rental819. You can find a list of the bikes they offer and at which branch before making a reservation with them online via email. Most of their branches can only serve Japanese speaking customers, but there are a few that have English speaking staff available, and it will be listed on the website at each branch's page.
I ride one in the USA and enjoy it. Also, you command of the English language is excellent!

I do believe it really is just the retro premium on top of some unecessary flair like the keyless system.
How were you able to find a rental for the C125 cub?

Never seen black before.
The color scheme on this one is exclusively for Japan. Could be why.
