Hello dude its doesn't look like an 1.4tdi engine from the sound ( maybe 1.9 tdi ), the 3 cylinders engine must be louder than this one.

if your cruising at 130 kph how is the fuel consumption ? does it use more than 4 litre / 100km ?
I should check using vcds as I don't have that info
@@CarRemap if you still have the car, fill the tank and reset the trip meter. Drive it gently at the speed limit and see how much fuel it uses on the highway. Stock 1.4 tdi can use less than 4 litres per 100km. I am very curious if your tuned car is better or worse.
@@derekb4092 I'm really curious too but I am never patient enough to drive that slow a whole tank however I don't think I ever did less than 5L/100 even stock
@@CarRemap I remember in the Euro 5 days VW made a special Bluemotion Polo with the 1.4 tdi tuned for 75hp / 82g co2 in 2014 and 2015. This could do over 90 mpg or nearly 3 litres per 100km. But it only remapped to 105hp & 184 lbs torque with the small stock turbo. Weighing only 1151 kg it might be ok.
@@CarRemap with a full tank of 45 litres, did your car ever reach 800 km ? that's about 5l / 100km.
1100km on a tank is 4 litre / 100km.
1500km on a tank is 3 litre / 100km

@@max_nordriss4700 Stock top speed is 164 km/h, you should at least reach that speed, 150 is a bit slow. Check your intake, filter, fault codes. EGR is likely very clogged
@@max_nordriss4700 I have 2008 51kW with DPF and no problem to reach almost 170 km/h (haven't tried to the limit) in stock.

@@richardalmeida1755 In third gear I can reach 138 km/h @ 4900 rpm. You can swap your gearbox by following my other video if it is a 02T

@@kostak840 I found injectors and turbo for less than 150€. Apart from this, count 600 more. You can sort it out with less than 1000

Hello, the polo was the 70bhp model with only the gearbox and mounts from the bluemotion. Yes I think the aero plays a little bit for reducing consumption (for top speed also I guess). At that time it was around 150bhp, now it has GT1752 hybrid maybe it performs better.
