I have this shoe , done 220km so far. Very pleased. So comfortable. A fantastic shoe. Very durable indeed. Needed about 30km to run them in for me which was fine. For me they are slightly wider in the mid foot which is what I wanted as some other brands in the past were too narrow there and pinched my peroneal tendon near the cuboid bone- causing bad tendinitis issues from the tendon being continually squeezed. No issues at all now. Not a racer for sure but beautiful for longer runs and especially recovery runs. Mizuno are definitely going places especially with their trail running shoes I believe which are so underrated 👍🏻glad I could give my opinion here . Love the channel 👏🏻
Gr8 shoe, 1st run very comfortable and surprisingly lighter than expected not ridged as previous models...I generally run 100-120 km per week and very happy with this new technology ...well done mizuno!!
Bought two pairs today from Jackrabbit for $100. Really stoked. Thanks for this video! Also got Reebok Harmony Road 3s after seeing your video for that too.
It sure is! All three of us run in a lot of shoes of all types and this one was a super pleasant surprise for a shoe in its category. Weight aside it is outstanding!
I bought my mizuno wavesky 3 sneakers 2 days ago and I'm wondering if buying a whole size bigger shoe was a mistake (I am size EU39, bought 40). Now, the problem is that my food is thin/narrow and my feet are so sore from walking in these comfy shoes because my feet feel like straining when walking. I took a short walk, and they are in pristine condition so MAYBE I could exchange them for the smaller ones (in which my big toes show a little bit)...ugh, I am torn and very unhappy with my purchase because I didn't take the time to try om a few different models before buying them :( Any advice on the sizing is welcome.
Thanks! Very different shoes in terms of weight, cushion, ride, and... price. Revel 3 is a fun fast shoe, Sky Wave is heavy duty and much heavier, super premium in feel and fit but fun to run none the less. What do you like to run now?
@@kirbster1977Because I really like the way Hoka is going with their latest generation of shoes like the Clifton 6 and the Rincon, so the Bondi 7 might be really awesome, and also the Bondi 6 will be a lot cheaper
I asked the same question, while obviously I have no inside information, I am thinking that the Bondi 6 is selling so well that they put off the bondi 7 for a while. But I have about 10 pairs of the Bondi 6, and I am sick of them, I want to run in something different, so I wish they would release the Bondi 7 soon.
Comfiest shoes i've ever had. The way they fit and feel when moving around is just amazing.

Agree! It is one of the best trainers of 2019 and from Mizuno! Hope more will try.

A great shoe and price! Thanks for following RTR
@Armando Sturzenegger no. They ended up canceling the order pretty shortly after the comment. Guess they ran out of stock?
I love my Mizunos!! I happen to have the WaveSky Wave Knit 3, but they are great!
Very nice shoe. Tempting option.

But Mizuno is all about the wave plate✔💲
Does this shoe run true to size or you have order a half size up??
True to size and also available in Wide but may be hard to find as 4 has been out
@@RoadTrailRun thank you

Mizuno is best looking running shoes
Mizuno was always clunky. Maybe they can leave the old school 80s behind and use modern knit uppers?
Another good review. This or the Brooks Revel 3?

Thanks, I run Saucony liberty ISO, Peregrine 8's and Hoka Bondi 6 for long road miles
The Glycerin 17 would probably its competition in its class and not the Revel 3.
Would you happen to know when the Hoka Bondi 7 is coming out?
I still see Bondi 6 in Spring 2020 catalog so likely Fall 2020
@@RoadTrailRun Okay, thank you
Why wait, get the 6, its a great shoe.
