Want to elevate your gains? Experiment with training each muscle group more frequently in a training week. I show you exactly how to do this in today's video! As always, thank you for your support, and let me know if you have any questions💪
Can I ask why not just use the same full body workout 3x a week? For example, I tend to just do 3 sets of assisted pullups, RDLs, dumbbell bench press, leg press, lat pull down, seated bicep curls, abdominal/core work, then side delt raises and then maybe one or two other exercises depending on how I feel (like triceps or whatever feels like it isn't tired if any). I do modify the db press into flat and inclined on different days as well as leg press but pretty much do the same thing actually only twice a week as I am starting to get a little older. Is this bad?
While doing the same Full-Body session 3x/week works, it's not the most optimal way to train. Your muscles benefit from being trained from a variety of angles. So I do recommend each Full-Body Day to include different exercises for the same muscle group :)
Nice one except I don't know half of the exercises in that plan... I'm a newbie. I hired a personal trainer too but it didn't go that well for me... hope you have tutorials for these exercises too thank you
I have covered many of these exercises in previous videos and/or on my Shorts. You can search my channel for the exercise names and you'll find tutorial videos popping up! :)
@@iWannaBurnFat thanks bro... Previously I used to do double muscle spilt, now after your recommendation I've switched over to upper & lower body splits which is working wonders for me...
Alternative route to gym if you find it boring is boxing, you'll burn shite ton of calories and body fat. I'd recommend to anyone who has a fight gym in their local area to sign up, it might be a lil pricey in comparison to a gym membership but the benefits youll get are invaluable. It is fun and keeps your brain sharp, do a lil resistance training to accompany it, whether its pull ups push ups and even just a pair of dumbells at home for shoulder presses and weighted lungees to build explosiveness and maintain a muscular build whilst also taking creatine
yes I saw goos results when I worked on them twice. then my trainer resorted to bro-routine and trained all my muscles only once a week. Everything went south after that as I was getting tired after 3 exercises and couldn't do the rest. Progress also stifled. I got sick and doctor told me my breathing has become shallow due to incorrect exercise techniques :( All is good now I don't train with that trainer anymore
True but more often you wont recover well including your cns my opinion upper lower or torso limbs split. HiT style less is more not more is bigger. You grow outside the gym not at gym every day 😮. Thats why i rather do upper lower or torso limbs split.
Salam Mounir , Question no matter how accurate and lean diet I follow and how hard I train when it comes to bed time it feels like IF I dont eat something sweet I will die . even If I eat few minutes after my workout program I usually workout in the late evening when I go to bed it is very hard to control and I always cheat and eat super high calories while my day is all ok . Any suggestion to get rid of this??
u my friend are having a digestion or a haemoglobin issue. do you eat home-made yoghurt, banana and dates? Start with these and see if u see a difference in a month
I had the same problem except mine was midnight chips and not sweets. Fixed my diet and lifestyle and all is good now. Home-made yoghurt with soaked raisins were a game-changer for me

If I'm doing upper & lower body splits twice a week, on which day do I need to do conventional deadlift??

Instead of upper lower 4 times can i do upper lower upper upper? Legs r decent enough thats why!! pls leave ur suggestions
Like example can i do chest shoulders, back, legs, arms instead of upper lower?
It's possible to do 3 Upper and 1 Lower Day session if legs have a lower priority in your training.
Can a beginner train muscles 2-3 times in a week?

Yes, with a Full-Body (3x) or Upper/Lower & Full-Body split you'll be able to train each muscle 2-3x per week.
