I was myself once a part of Limerick in the rare old times. It makes me bitter also to see it in such distress and with the new immigrants that will never be a part of the Irish people and their traditions.
I worked in M and M Walshes Meat 🍖 factory 🏭 in Raheen Ind estate in sep 95 to Jan 96. A very cold 🥶 job packing rashers. People use to leave the job after a day or a week.Nice people working 💪 😊there. One rough or two guys 👦 there in the curing room. In the 90s hard to get a job in Raheen. Even harder now with all the high tech jobs. More important things in life then jobs.😅😊
What a coincidence. Willie was a great man for organising 'Twenty Mile Walk' and other fitness events. I lived in Rathbane, around the corner from his brother Joe & Family. Great connections to the Limerick Leader.

It sounds like you too are an immigrant. Isn't that enough to be bitter about?
With people like you around it's no surprise they wouldn't feel welcomed.
Do you mean fellas from Cork?
