Piping top - rose or ruffle style - I used a Wilton 406
Spoons
Ingredients:
Frosting - recipe below - coloured in the following colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink and purple
Cupcake to frost - I baked mine in a white foil cupcake liner
