As long as you setup the XP Deus 2 to your local conditions, this platform is very deep or as shallow as you want to make it. Very fine tuned Detector and easy to use. Well done XP and thank you for a great detector.

@@Lookin4Things 28cm divided by 2.54 equals 11 inch. He is using an 11 inch coil, not a 28 inch coil
I'll settle for the 22 inch one that was mentioned, 28" is a little too big for me, maybe if they include a carbon fiber lower shaft as an accessory! :)

Why didn’t the tester use Goldfield for the 9mm sized .25 gram copper fragment. That would seem like the logical mode to use for a target that size and stated conductivity.
Its easy to adjust when you know whats underneath the coil ey🤓. But anyway nice video

Thank you for this video. I’ll try your settings for mineralized soil. The soil in my yard is so bad that I cannot detect a silver U.S. dime at 5 inches (~13cm) with any of the factory programs on the Deus II. Lowering the reactivity did not help.

My question is why would anyone set the discrimination to 0 in a 3 tone program or any program. This would eliminate the 1st. tone (iron) and the iron would come through in the 2nd tone as a good signal. This would make the program all metal mode. and you would have to pay strict attention to the meter for visual iron signals without the iron grunt. Please explain why/when would I go all metal.

Here is a factor... one dealer told me, they make $35 off the average detector, the DEUS 2 they make about $200 profit. Bigger markup on it
Its a bit too expensive for the average detectorist... There are other cheaper and 98% same performance solutions...just my opinion, good luck hunting

XP a autorisé Gary Detection à présenter les produits XP. Je n'ai rien contre, l'homme essaie d'expliquer au maximum les réglages. Et quand on tape XP, il y a des vidéos en anglais partout. Il s'avère que XP est une société anglaise. Où sont les créateurs de XP Deus pour expliquer le principe de fonctionnement ? Où est le patriotisme des Français ?
